Key Responsibilities:

i) Identifying, evaluating, and acquiring potential land parcels for residential/commercial projects.

ii) Building and maintaining relationships with landowners, brokers, and local authorities.

iii) Conducting due diligence, legal verification, and feasibility analysis of land parcels.

iv) Negotiating deals and finalizing agreements aligned with company objectives.

v) Coordinating with legal, technical, and management teams to ensure smooth acquisition.

Requirements:

i) Minimum 4 years of experience in land acquisition within the real estate industry.

ii) Strong negotiation and networking skills.

iii) In-depth knowledge of legal compliances, government regulations, and local laws.

iv) Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
