We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Land Acquisition Analyst to support our growth by identifying and securing
residential land opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for negotiating agreements, sourcing potential sites, and
coordinating due diligence efforts. You will play a critical part in expanding our land portfolio by combining market
knowledge with strong relationship and organizational skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Negotiate Letters of Intent (LOIs) and Purchase Agreements with landowners and/or their representatives.
Source land opportunities through multiple channels including brokers, MLS listings, off-market leads, and direct-to-owner
campaigns.
Collaborate closely with analysts to align acquisition efforts with high-priority targets and investment criteria.
Maintain and update CRM systems to track acquisition pipeline, lead follow-ups, and deal statuses.
Coordinate with internal legal teams to facilitate agreement reviews, title reports, and closing documentation.
Monitor and report on local market trends and land values.
Support financial and zoning due diligence alongside cross-functional teams.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Business, Urban Planning, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in land acquisition, real estate development, or brokerage.
Familiarity with real estate negotiations, legal documentation processes.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
