Job description
This role shall be the Regional Trainer for Licious and will be located at the allocated market. The key stakeholders for the role holder shall be members in Operations, Supply Chain, HR teams spread across the locations of the allocated cities. The position contributes to organisations

success by building people capability and setting them up for success and growth at Licious.

Work towards planning and executing long term/short term training strategies for the field Licians and enabling associated processes/programs to support the same.


Responsibilities


Work closely with HR and supply chain team to identify training needs for distribution centre employees.
Ensuring Initial induction training completion of all the new field employees.
Providing hands on training to new joiners and coordinate the capability building program through Buddy Trainers program.
Building Buddy Trainers capability through classroom sessions, on-floor coaching, and role plays.
Improving and creating (where necessary) training material and tools to meet the Ops training needs (sharing communication internally).
Conducting and facilitating classroom training for identified employees for internal development including technical and soft skills.
Measuring training effectiveness through assessments and feedback and improving the same through continuous improvement program.
Develop and execute employee engagement activities in partnership with HR function.
Maintaining training records and reporting progress to relevant stakeholders at regular intervals.
Assessing training capabilities and systems every quarter for assigned Distribution Centres.
Rolling out new products/initiatives training directly or through Buddy Trainers, as necessary
Assisting in execution of testing programs, pilot runs etc.
Bench Planning, assessments and building capability throughout the scope of Distribution Centre Operations.

Desired Candidate:


Experience: Operations, Training.
Education: Any Bachelors or masters degree.
Analytics: Ability to understand operations and training requirements and to be able to identify and improve important metrices (cost, turnaround times).
Excellent Communication, Classroom Facilitation and Presentation skills.
Good at Interpersonal & Relationship Management skills.
Should be a great Coach and Mentor for the Field employees and supervisors.
Good at Internal and External Networking Skills.
