Job Description



As a Key Account Associate in our dynamic job platform business, you will be a crucial part of the team responsible for supporting key client accounts. Your role will involve working closely with Key Account Manager to ensure the satisfaction of our clients and the successful execution of our job platform services. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the growth of our client.

Responsibilities:

• Handling key accounts of existing clients.
• Building relationship with clients by resolving their queries and building relationship.
• Required to do multiple tasks, identify on-ground problems and figure out their respective solutions.
• Work closely with the operations team on Line Ups, Walkins and Follow Ups.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex on-ground problems


Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate
• Basic Excel;
• Immediate joining
• Previous experience in startups, FMCGs or similar companies is a plus

* Pls note this is a contractual role for 6 Months.
