- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Analyze client requirements to create precise job descriptions.
- Source candidates using diverse channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates skills and fit.
- Facilitate in-person interviews between clients and candidates.
- Provide detailed feedback to candidates post-interview and keep them engaged.
- Negotiate salary and benefits between clients and candidates.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and job openings.
- Develop strong relationships with client organizations to understand their recruitment needs.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to assess recruiting effectiveness.
- Stay current with industry trends and labor market knowledge.
- Build a strong employer brand for client organizations.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment regulations and guidelines.
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within a consultancy setting.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Experience in networking and building professional relationships.
- Ability to assess candidates effectively through various methods.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Familiarity with labor laws and ethical hiring practices.
- Interest in ongoing professional development and keeping current with industry changes.
