
JD - Quality control
1. All parts to be inspected and dispatched in stipulated timeline
2. Responsible for clearing the parts by regular follow up with customer
3. Machine setup and stage inspection reports to be done for all future parts as per customer requirements
4. Reducing of machine setup and stage inspection time to avoid machine idle time
5. More Usage of laser tracker to avoid machine setup and final inspection duration
6. Maintaining timing log book for both CMM and Laser tracker to get proper information regarding usage of equipment’s
7. Proper maintaining of machine setup log book as per customer requirement
8. Responsible for clearing of incoming materials
9. Responsible for inspection & test status of incoming materials
10. Responsible for inspection of components which are ready for dispatch
11. Responsible to prepare the final inspection report
12. Responsible to prepare reports in case any non conformities are observed in the incoming materials including supplier items and communicate the same to his Superiors
13. Responsible for customer satisfaction
14. Reviewing and approving Inspection activities in team
15. Implementation of QMS as per AS9100 Rev D, NC Follow ups & Root cause & corrective actions reviewing.
16. Vendor development, Supplier Audits Incoming In-process and final inspection
17. Prepare Quality control plan, QAP, PFMEA Customer Handling in Inspection activities
18. Follow ups in Calibration process

o Reduction in Rejects at Customer end: 0
o In process rejection rate: below 5%
o Final rejection: Below 5%
o On time FAI : 100%
o Control of rejections :
o No. of Kaizens:6
o Timely closure of all Non-conformities

Ø FAI documentation preparation & review, Net Inspect
Ø Directly involving with customers
Ø Preparation of Control Plans, Final Inspection reports and verifying CMM programs
Ø Gauge planning for new drawings
Ø Reviewing Route Card and releasing for all new FAI parts
Ø Ensuring complete in-process quality control with 1st off approval
Ø Interpret engineering drawings
Ø Responsible to quality problems, Handling of in-house NC
Ø Providing Root cause & Preventive and Corrective action (RCCA) through Why – Why
– Why analysis & Fishbone diagram.
Ø Use of statistical Techniques – SPC,7 QC TOOLS & MSA
Ø To check and approve FAI for new products and existing products on the basis of Customer requirements / Company’s specifications / Drawings
Ø Process capability study of processes and machines (SPC)
Ø Customer complaints analysis, implementation and follow up
Ø Monitoring monthly PPM & OTD
Ø Involvement in Project Management of FAI
Ø Took part in Cross Functional activities.
Ø Conducting Configuration management audit
Ø Voluntarily conducted training based on FOD & 5S
Ø Undergone the training of AS9100 Rev D, GD&T, SPC, MSA, FMEA,7 QC TOOLS, IDENTIFICATION & TRACEBILITY, INTERNAL AUDIT
