Job Overview:


We are seeking a motivated and creative Junior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing and a passion for driving results through various online channels. This role involves assisting in the development, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns to enhance our online presence and achieve our business goals.


Key Responsibilities:


Campaign Management: Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, email, and paid advertising (PPC).
Content Creation: Support content development for blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and website updates.
Social Media Management: Help manage and grow our social media channels by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and interacting with our audience.
SEO and SEM: Assist with search engine optimization (SEO) strategies and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts to improve website visibility and ranking.
Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

Requirements:


Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Content Creation: Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create compelling content.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
