We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic fresh graduates to join our team as Trainers. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about cognitive learning, memory enhancement, and student training. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering interactive and engaging sessions on memory techniques, study strategies, and brain-boosting exercises to help students improve their retention and recall abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on memory enhancement techniques, study strategies, and cognitive learning methods for students.
• Develop engaging lesson plans, activities, and exercises to make learning more effective and enjoyable.
• Utilize scientific memory techniques such as visualization, association, mnemonics, and mind mapping to improve students retention skills.
• Assess students learning progress and provide personalized guidance to enhance their memory and study habits.
• Conduct workshops, webinars, and interactive sessions to engage a larger audience.
• Provide post-training support and resources to help students apply learned techniques effectively.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelors in Education (B.Ed) is mandatory.
• Strong passion for teaching, training, and cognitive learning.
• Dual specialization is needed, either in aptitude or soft skills/verbal apart from memory techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage students effectively.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and make learning enjoyable.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
