Java Developer – J2EE / Spring Frameworks

Location: Mohali, Punjab (On-site/Remote hybrid)

Experience: 4–7 years

Reporting to: Engineering Lead

Role summary

Develop, maintain and scale backend systems for global clients. You’ll design REST APIs, microservices and work on enterprise architecture. (Based on actual listing) 

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop services using Java / J2EE, Spring Boot.

• Build APIs, embed design patterns, ensure modular, reusable code.

• Work with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Frontend) for integrated delivery.

• Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipelines and performance tuning.

• Mentor junior developers and influence architecture decisions.

Required qualifications & skills

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent.

• 4+ years hands-on backend development experience.

• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices.

• Familiarity with database systems (SQL/NoSQL), cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) is a plus.

• Good communication, analytical and problem-solving ability.

Preferred

• Experience in SaaS platforms, global service delivery.

• DevOps awareness, containers (Docker/Kubernetes) advantage.
