Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our Talent Acquisition team as IT Recruiters. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a career in IT recruitment and gain hands-on exposure to hiring for technical roles such as software developers, system administrators, data engineers, and more.
As a IT Recruiter, you will receive structured training and mentorship while working closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to support end-to-end recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media platforms, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
Candidate Screening: Conduct initial resume screening and telephonic interviews to assess basic technical knowledge, communication skills, and role suitability.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Job Posting: Create and post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Hiring Support: Support the recruitment team throughout the hiring lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Market Learning: Stay updated on IT roles, technologies, and hiring trends through continuous learning.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
Graduation Year: 2024 or 2025 pass-outs only.
Interest: Strong interest in recruitment, HR, and the IT industry.
Basic Knowledge: Awareness of IT roles, technologies, or willingness to learn technical terminology.
Skills Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational and time-management abilities.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, email communication).
Positive attitude with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
Preferred (Good To Have)
Internship or academic exposure in HR / Recruitment.
Familiarity with LinkedIn or job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
Experience working with startups or tech companies or Staffing or Recruitment Firms.
Familiarity with recruiting on platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack
Overflow.
Knowledge of recruitment best practices for diversity and inclusion.
