Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven International Sales Manager to spearhead our sales efforts in global markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive end-to-end international sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure.
• Identify and target prospective clients in international markets.
• Present product demos, explain SaaS solutions, and deliver persuasive pitches.
• Negotiate contracts and manage client accounts effectively.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing & product) to align strategies and improve offerings.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (MBA preferred).
• Experience: 3–6 years in B2B SaaS sales with exposure to international markets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with global client interactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
