Job Summary

The International Sales Coordinator will manage and grow B2B sales of sports nutrition products, working closely with distributors, retailers, and partners in the UK, USA, and Indian markets. This role requires a deep understanding of sports nutrition, a passion for the industry, and expertise in managing international client relationships.



Key Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales of sports nutrition products to distributors, retailers, and other partners in the UK, USA, and India.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and securing new business opportunities.

• Collaborate with the product development team to ensure offerings meet market demands and client needs.

• Provide expert advice and product knowledge to clients, showcasing a deep understanding of sports nutrition.

• Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to each market, ensuring alignment with Protein World’s business objectives.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international clients to maximize profitability.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

• Work closely with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.

• Prepare sales reports and forecasts, providing insights to guide strategic decisions.

• Represent Protein World at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the brand and products.



Additional Task

• Develop a Distributor Support Toolkit: Create a comprehensive toolkit for international distributors, including product information sheets, promotional materials, and training resources. This toolkit should empower distributors in the UK, USA, and India to effectively promote and sell Protein World products, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment across markets.



Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in international B2B sales, preferably in the sports nutrition or health supplements industry.

• Deep understanding of sports nutrition products and market trends.

• Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes and client relationship management in the UK, USA, and Indian markets.

• Passion for health, fitness, and sports nutrition.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

• Familiarity with international trade and export processes.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

• A results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
