Position : CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Location : Andheri East, Chandivali
Process : INTERNATIONAL Inbound CHAT Process
Education : HSC/Any Graduate
Age limit: 20 to 39 year
Experience: Both Fresher and Experienced.
Shift timing: From 8:00 am to 10:00 pm any 9 hr Rotational Shift, 5 Days Working and 2 Rotational week off
Salary : Between 16k to 20k in hand + Performance Incentives + Travel Allowance.

Responsibilty:
- Handling and resolving general enquiries of customers.
- Handling complaints etc.

Key Skills:
~ Good communication skills, both English and Hindi.
~ Good knowledge of computer.
~Ready to work in CHAT Process.

Benefits:
Centralized pick-up and drop from Andheri and Ghatkopar Station during the day.
Travel Allowance of INR 100/day
