We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Internal Audit Executive to join our internal audit team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in evaluating and improving the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes. This role requires strong auditing skills, business understanding, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform internal audits in accordance with the annual audit plan and company policies
• Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, compliance, and operational processes
• Identify risks, control gaps, and areas for improvement across departments
• Conduct process walkthroughs, data analysis, and testing of controls
• Prepare clear, concise, and well-documented audit working papers
• Draft audit reports with actionable recommendations for process improvement
• Follow up on implementation of corrective actions and track resolution of audit findings
• Assist in the development and update of internal audit programs and risk assessments
• Support in compliance audits related to statutory, regulatory, or internal policies
• Collaborate with business units to promote a culture of control awareness and compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CA / CIA / CMA (or pursuing) preferred
• 1–3 years of relevant audit or accounting experience (internal or external)
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, auditing standards, and risk management
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (knowledge of audit tools or ERP systems like SAP is a plus)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• High level of integrity and professional ethics
