Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of the hiring process for tech, non-tech, and corporate roles. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Hiring: Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical, non-technical, and corporate roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates based on qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for HyperVerge, ensuring alignment with our company values.
Candidate Experience: Provide a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their manpower needs and priorities, helping streamline the selection process.
Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture and workflow.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to enhance recruitment strategies.
