Role: Intern - Talent Acquisition

We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment
team. You will assist in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews and maintaining
recruitment databases. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn about Talent Acquisition
and gain hands-on experience.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Sourcing & Screening -
- Assist in sourcing potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fitment.
2. Interview Coordination & Recruitment Support -
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and the interview panel.
- Communicate with applicants regarding interview schedule, feedback and next steps.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
3. Data Management & Reporting -
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate reports.
- Track recruitment metrics like TAT (turn-around-time) and source effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with hiring process and confidentiality guidelines.
4. Onboarding & Candidate Experience -
- Assist with pre-employment documentation and pre-requisite information.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Recently completed Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Suite / Microsoft Office and familiarity with ATS tools is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Passion for Talent Acquisition and HR.
