Role & Responsibilities
As an Intern within our Management Consulting & Customer Success function, you will:
1) Customer Onboarding Support
- Assist in setting up and configuring client offerings in our AI SDR platform.
- Conduct workshops with C-level and senior executives to gather insights and requirements.
2) Market & Company Research
- Perform in-depth market analyses to identify key trends, competitor landscapes, and buyer segments.
- Research and validate potential ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) sub-segments.
3) Executive Reporting & Analysis
- Develop comprehensive executive summaries and strategic recommendations for our clients.
- Synthesize research findings into clear, actionable insights.
4) Client Engagement Management
- Coordinate weekly reviews with customers, track progress on deliverables, and ensure alignment with project timelines.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and sustained value delivery.
Internship Details
- Location & Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, onsite at our Bangalore office.
- Duration: Up to 6 months, based on performance.
- Opportunity for Full-time Role: High-performing interns may receive an employment offer even before the end of their internship period.
- Stipend: ₹25,000 per month.
