Job Description
Main accountabilities and tasks
1. Supporting the finance team in the following:
a. Month-end closing activities
b. Implementation of sales cost method, Analysis
c. Budgeting, RFC process
d. Both external and internal finance audits
e. Tax audits
f. Inventory costing & valuation
g. Standard costing of new parts, while ensuring correctness of master data
h. Fixed asset accounting, CAPEX process, monthly reporting of additions to assets
i. Monthly GL account reconciliations
j. Any ad hoc financial analyses as required by management
2. Ensuring internal control rules and DoA are followed in all activities
Soft skills:
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong teamwork, but also the ability to work individually
• Self -starter with a proactive attitude towards learning & deliverables
Other: Strong Excel and analytical skills
