Selected interns day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in developing mood boards and color palettes. Sourcing fabrics, furniture, finishes, and other design elements. Helping with space planning and layout designs.

2. Working on AutoCAD, SketchUp, Vray, and similar software for floor plans and 3D modeling. Creating specification sheets or FF&E schedules (furniture, fixtures & equipment). Assisting in preparing construction documents.

3. Taking accurate measurements of the space (walls, windows, ceiling heights, etc.)

4. Sketching layouts or floor plans if as-built drawings aren available.

5. Staying updated with industry trends.
