Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and identify potential customers through networking, cold calling, and referrals
  • Present, promote, and sell insurance products (life, health, auto, etc.) to new and existing clients
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM software
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Deliver excellent customer service before and after the sale
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and regulations
  • Participate in training and development programs
