1. Ensure that health and safety are the number-one goals by following policies and processes and always acting in a safe manner.
2. Support instructional design needs across all Clean Harbors.
3. Understanding of cognitive flow, chunking, and sequencing of information in a manner best suited to meet the learning outcomes
4. Analyse the instructional design project requirements and work with the project manager around scope and solution.
5. Design, develop, and edit online course content using various authoring tools.
6. Design interactive eLearning content, including activities and assessments, to enhance learner engagement.
7. Create storyboards and design specifications to be used as blueprint instructions for content development.
8. Write scripts for eLearning content and videos.
9. analyse, update, and refine existing online content.
10. Communicate accurately and succinctly with other team members.
11. Collaborate with subject matter experts, team members, and project managers to understand course requirements, key learning objectives, and audience definitions.
12. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and provide recommendations to improve learner engagement and content retention.
13. Escalate any issues affecting the timeliness or scope of the instructional design or development project.
14. Expertise in industry-standard design or rapid authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, Snagit, etc.
15. Experience in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
16. Basic knowledge of LMS
17. Experience with HTML and audio and video editing software
18. Work towards continuous skill enhancement through mentoring and training.
