Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Specialist to generate leads, conduct market research, and drive sales opportunities through effective communication. This is a target-driven role that requires strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads via calls, emails, and social media; work with marketing on inbound leads.
● Market Research: Track industry trends, competitor activity, and opportunities to refine sales strategy.
● Client Engagement: Build relationships, conduct needs assessments and present our value proposition.
● Pipeline Management: Manage leads in CRM, ensure smooth handoff to the sales team, and help achieve targets. ● Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and support teams; share feedback to improve campaigns.
● Sales Execution: Conduct demos, close sales, and contribute to quarterly quotas. Qualifications:
● Freshers/Entry-level candidates welcome; prior sales exposure is a plus.
