Sales Pitch: Engage potential customers in sales conversations, present product or service features, and highlight their benefits to address customer needs.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the products or services being offered to answer customer questions and address concerns effectively.
Quoting and Proposals: Prepare and send quotes or proposals to customers, providing pricing details and terms of sale.
Follow-Up: Follow up with leads and existing customers to build relationships, provide additional information, and close sales.
CRM Management: Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads, interactions, and sales progress.
Sales Targets: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets and quotas.
