Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer Identification: Identify and prospect potential customers for cloud-based infrastructure and security solutions using various sources such as online research, databases, and networking.
  • Sales Outreach: Conduct telesales calls to engage prospects, understand their business needs, and introduce cloud-based infrastructure and security solutions.
  • Appointment Setting: Proactively set up meetings and appointments with key decision-makers to discuss cloud solutions and demonstrate the benefits to their business.
  • Lead Nurturing: Manage the sales pipeline by following up on leads, sending personalized emails, and responding promptly to inquiries.
  • Sales Process Management: Drive the sales process from initial inquiry to closure by providing the necessary information, addressing customer concerns, and closing sales deals.
  • Sales Reporting: Regularly update CRM with lead status, interactions, and follow-up schedules to maintain accurate sales tracking.
  • Customer Communication: Maintain high-level email communication with potential and existing customers to drive interest and resolve inquiries.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and management to develop strategies, share insights, and drive business growth.
