• Adapting to CRM.
• Assisting Students in the admission process and fee collection.
• Cold-calling from the given database for leads generation and process for the nurturing calling.
• Talk with the prospect/leads on the phone/dialer so as to convert the leads
• Counsel students and help in solving their admission queries.
• Counsel students for their career path in UG/PG etc.
• Email writing skills.
• Handling chatbot inquiries.
• SMS copyright.
• Whatsapp sales communication.
• Reach daily and weekly sales targets.
• Proper follow-up and the documentation
Qualifications
• Since its an entry-level/intermediate role, we are okay to hire both freshers and less experienced candidates. [0-6 months of Experience]
• Should be an Undergrad in any field.
• Should have good command in English both verbal and written.
• Any regional language is a plus. (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi, Guajarati, Marathi)
• Basic knowledge about the sales process
