Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in preparing and processing sales orders, quotes, and contracts.
Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Track sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals.
Prepare sales reports and presentations for the sales team and management.
Coordination and Communication:
Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and other internal departments (e.g., marketing, logistics, finance).
Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide product or service information as needed.
Administrative Tasks:
Manage and organize sales documents, including contracts, proposals, and invoices.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence related to sales activities.
Customer Service:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate regular sales reports, including sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
