Job Description
  1. Make outbound calls and send emails to prospective customers to qualify leads and schedule meetings
  2. Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat to qualify leads and guide them through the sales funnel
  3. Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  4. Understand customer needs and requirements to provide accurate information and solutions
  5. Work closely with Account Executives and Sales Managers to support the closing of deals
  6. Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and performance metrics
  7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitors
  8. Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness to marketing and sales teams
  9. Collaborate with team members in a remote setting using digital tools and communication platforms.
