About the Job:
Scaling Socials is a fast-growing digital marketing agency providing services such as social media advertising, website development, and brand management. We serve both domestic and international clients, helping businesses scale their presence and performance online.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding and deal closure.
2. Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients to drive long-term business value.
3. Identify high-potential leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals to expand the companys client base.
4. Understand client needs and offer custom digital marketing solutions to address business challenges.
5. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals through proactive selling and conversion strategies.
6. Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to refine outreach tactics and support product-market alignment.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM to ensure smooth tracking, reporting, and forecasting of sales activities.
Note:
1. Location: Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore.
2. Working Days: Monday to Saturday(Onsite).
3. Employment Type: Full-time.
4. Compensation: Annual CTC: 2,60,000 - 3,00,000, plus attractive incentives.
