Job Description
Managing end to end procurement of assets which is cost effective by strong negotiation with vendors.
Getting quotes, evaluation of quotes and placing purchase orders for office setup coordination with network team for link delivery and installation.
To develop sources, suppliers and procurement document. Authorize purchase orders.
Facility management of corporate offices.
New Branch Roll out - searching office premises, getting legal clearance, agreement execution and layouts approval.
Providing complete support and managing end to end administrative function of various commodities to the employees of the company.
Tracking the facilities spends and identifying the areas to reduce cost.
Vendor Management & Asset Procurement.
Managing Shops and Establishment & Trade License for branches across India.
Prepare and Review of Internal Process and Policies.
Spoc for Internal and Statutory Audit.
Vendor and Landlord payment.
Asset Insurance and claim documentation processing.
Other admin facilities like courier tieup, printing & stationery, security & housekeeping, etc.
Repair & Maintenance and AMC.
Fire & Evacuation drill.
Annual Budget preparation.
Was a part of CCTV implementation for Gold loan branches & to coordinate with IT team for developing inhouse Purchase order system.
Branch visits, asset tagging and physical asset verification.
Promote team member within group and contribute to teams overall performance
