We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to support our People and Culture team.
You will play a key role in employee onboarding, engagement initiatives and talent development activities, while learning the inner workings of HR at a fast-paced, people-first organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with onboarding new hires, including documentation and internal coordination
- Help organize team building events!
- Support training needs assessment (TNA) and skills mapping exercises
- Collect, organize and maintain internal department data and meeting notes
- Contribute to building HR documentation like onboarding kits and the CS Audio Library
- Support any ad-hoc HR projects and tasks assigned by the HR Manager or Specialist
- Currently pursuing/completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related fields
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Eagerness to learn, a can-do attitude, and attention to detail
- A people-person who enjoys collaboration and brings energy to the team
