BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Human Resource Intern who will be will be responsible for supporting the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for various job positions within the organization. You will assist in developing job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
Your KRAs will include the following:
- Screen resumes and application forms to identify prospective employees to fill company job vacancies.
- Schedule interviews with potential shortlisted candidates.
- Post job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms.
- Coordinate the recruitment processes.
- Assisting the HR team in organizing special events and activities.
- Assisting the HR department in their day-to-day activities.
YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
- Bachelors/Master’s degree in Human Resources or any other relevant field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
