About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and offboarding activities
2. Develop and implement effective HR programs, policies, and procedures
3. Manage employee relations, including investigations and resolution of employee issues
4. Develop and maintain employee records and files
5. Manage compensation and benefits programs
6. Support senior management in disciplinary and grievance processes
7. Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
8. Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective HR operations
9. Analyze and report on HR metrics
Required:
1. Expertise in English (spoken & written), MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office
2. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively with staff and leadership, and a deep understanding of current HR practices
