Selected interns day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in the recruitment process, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews
2. Helping with the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions
4. Assisting in the administration of employee benefits and leave management
5. Conducting research on HR best practices and industry trends to contribute to process improvements
6. Collaborating with the HR team to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
