Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located near Hosur. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, handling employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and overseeing various HR management functions. Daily tasks include coordinating recruitment processes, administering employee benefits, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Experience in Employee Relations and HR Policies development
• Expertise in Human Resources (HR) functions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
