Recruitment & Onboarding:

Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates.
Coordinate the onboarding process and ensure a smooth induction for new hires.
Manage job postings and track candidate applications.
Employee Relations:

Address employee queries and concerns in a timely manner.
Support the resolution of conflicts and promote a positive work environment.
Foster open communication between employees and management.
Performance Management:

Assist in developing and implementing performance appraisal systems.
Help monitor employee performance and provide feedback to managers.
Support in creating employee development plans.
HR Policies & Compliance:

Ensure the organizations policies and procedures comply with labor laws and regulations.
Update and maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist in communicating HR policies and ensuring adherence.
Compensation & Benefits:

Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee compensation queries.
Assist in maintaining employee attendance and leave records.
Training & Development:

Help organize training sessions and professional development programs for employees.
Track training outcomes and gather employee feedback for future improvements.
HR Analytics & Reporting:

Assist in preparing reports related to recruitment, employee engagement, retention, etc.
Track HR metrics and provide insights to help improve HR processes.
Employee Engagement & Retention:

Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives such as team-building events and recognition programs.
Support strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
HR Systems Management:

Use HR software tools for managing employee data and workflow.
Stay updated with the latest HR technologies and suggest improvements.
Support in Strategic HR Initiatives:

Assist the HR leadership in implementing strategic HR projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
HR certification (like SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle confidential information.
Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office suite.
Preferred Experience:
Freshers with an interest in HR or professionals with up to 10 years of experience.
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations is preferred but not mandatory.
