Job Description

Job Title: HR Trainee / HR Executive (Fresher)

Location: Work from office Bangalore

Job Type: Full-Time

Department: Human Resources

Experience Required: 0-1 Years (Freshers Welcome)

Qualification: MBA in Human Resources or equivalent

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR fresher to join our team and support the Human Resources department. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic foundation in HR concepts and a keen interest in starting their professional journey in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations and provide administrative assistance.
  • Assist in drafting HR documents, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide support in HR compliance and audit preparation.
  • Coordinate learning and development sessions or training programs.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Good understanding of HR concepts and labor laws.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR domain.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred:


  • Internship or project experience in any HR function (recruitment, L&D, etc.)
  • Participation in HR-related events or college-level HR forums
