Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business leadership to understand and support the strategic objectives and provide HR support accordingly.
Provide leadership and counsel on all aspects of HR, including performance management, employee relations, leadership development, organizational design, and change management.
Work closely with line managers to understand their staffing requirements and assist in recruiting, onboarding, and talent retention.
