ROLE- HR RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST
What Does A Recruiter Do? A HR -Recruiter Specialist identifies and matches the best candidates for open positions within the company or for external clients by sourcing potential candidates through various channels. After initial screening and reviewing resumes, the Recruiter schedules interviews with hiring managers and other decision-makers. They also communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process and negotiate job offers and compensation packages with candidates. Recruiters are responsible for maintaining accurate records of all recruitment activities, staying updated about industry trends and best practices and representing the company positively to attract top talent.
Recruiter Skills And Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess and evaluate candidate qualifications
• Knowledge of MNCs, basic job market and market trends.
• Ability to negotiate and close deals with candidates
• Time-management skills and multitasking ability
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers
JD & TASKS
• Sourcing candidates based on client requirements.
• Using job portals , free portals and references .
• Handling end to end recruitment.
• Coordinating with the clients and candidates if needed.
• Sourcing candidates via phone call , texts , emails.
• Interviewing candidates face to face if required.
• Work on basic closures or joiners every month.
• Manage resumes and candidate data on a daily basis.
• Maintain own data tracker.
• Daily and weekly reports.
• Report to TL / AM on a daily basis.
