Your primary responsibility will be to support the HR team in recruitment activities for various roles in the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and shortlist candidates for various positions in the company, including sales, marketing, and support staff

- Conduct interviews and participate in the selection process

- Manage job postings on various job portals, social media platforms, and the company website

- Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews

- Maintain accurate records of recruitment processes

- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth recruitment processes

Industry Specific:

- Learn about the real estate industry and its specific recruitment needs

- Develop knowledge of the companys business and roles

- Identify and attract top talent in the industry

Requirements:

- Fresh graduates with a degree in HR, Management, or related fields

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a team and take ownership of tasks

- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices

- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
