We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter - Executive to join our HR team. As an Executive HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and ensuring that the companys recruitment needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles

- Source and shortlist candidates through various channels

- Conduct interviews and assess candidate fitment

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition

- Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
