Job Summary 

As an HR Recruiter at Transact Global, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment

process for multiple business units. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for

various BPO and corporate roles while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for voice and support functions.
• Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Source potential candidates through job portals (Naukri, indeed, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.),
• social media, and employee referrals.
• Conduct telephonic screening and schedule interviews.
• Maintain daily and weekly recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate walk-in drives and recruitment campaigns.
• Ensure timely onboarding and smooth handover to HR Operations.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.

Requirements:

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a BPO / Call Center / Customer
• Support hiring environment.
• Strong knowledge of job portals, sourcing tools, and social media recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle bulk hiring and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills with candidates and hiring teams.
