Job Summary
As an HR Recruiter at Transact Global, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment
process for multiple business units. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for
various BPO and corporate roles while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for voice and support functions.
- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Source potential candidates through job portals (Naukri, indeed, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.),
- social media, and employee referrals.
- Conduct telephonic screening and schedule interviews.
- Maintain daily and weekly recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate walk-in drives and recruitment campaigns.
- Ensure timely onboarding and smooth handover to HR Operations.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
Requirements:
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a BPO / Call Center / Customer
- Support hiring environment.
- Strong knowledge of job portals, sourcing tools, and social media recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle bulk hiring and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills with candidates and hiring teams.
