Position: HR Recruiter – Intern

(Landmark: Opposite to BESCOM Office)

Duration: 4 to 6 months

Stipend: ₹15,000 per month

Start Date: Immediate joiners preferred

Eligibility:

MBA (HR) students or graduates (any stream) interested in HR roles.

Must be fluent in Kannada (as we cater to the domestic market).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to work from our Bangalore office.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates using job portals, social media, and internal databases.

Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.

Maintain recruitment trackers and support daily HR operations.

Assist the team in achieving hiring targets and ensuring smooth onboarding.
