HR Recruiter – Sourcing & Hiring

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. End-to-end execution of bulk hiring strategies for various job roles

2. Responsible for the complete sourcing cycle, including screening, shortlisting, and scheduling candidates

3. Actively promote and manage daily walk-ins to meet ongoing recruitment needs

4. Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and field sourcing to attract candidates

5. Maintain and update internal candidate database and daily hiring trackers

6. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals

7. Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Skills:

1. Strong knowledge and experience in bulk hiring

2. Hands-on expertise in sourcing techniques across multiple platforms

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4. Ability to meet hiring targets in a fast-paced environment

5. Self-motivated and target-oriented

Salary Package: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on Individual profile)

Shift Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in HR Recruitment (Bulk Hiring)
