We are seeking a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team and manage the full recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience. They will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and implement effective hiring strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various job positions.
- Job Posting & Advertising: Create and post job descriptions on job boards, social media, and career websites.
- Candidate Screening: Review applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews.
- Interview Coordination: Organize interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process.
- Candidate Engagement: Build relationships with candidates, provide updates, and maintain a talent pipeline.
- Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and improve recruitment strategies.
- Recruitment Metrics: Track and report key hiring metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice through various recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an HR role.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other sourcing tools.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of employer branding strategies.
