We are seeking a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team and manage the full recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience. They will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and implement effective hiring strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various job positions.
• Job Posting & Advertising: Create and post job descriptions on job boards, social media, and career websites.
• Candidate Screening: Review applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews.
• Interview Coordination: Organize interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process.
• Candidate Engagement: Build relationships with candidates, provide updates, and maintain a talent pipeline.
• Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and improve recruitment strategies.
• Recruitment Metrics: Track and report key hiring metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
• Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice through various recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
• Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices comply with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an HR role.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other sourcing tools.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of employer branding strategies.
