What you will do (Key Responsibilities)
• Manage end-to-end Payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements.
• Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave, performance records, contracts etc.).
• Use GreytHR for all HRIS-related duties (onboarding, leave & attendance, payroll, statutory compliance) — proficiency mandatory.
• Ensure compliance with government statutes (PF, ESI, labour laws etc.).
• Generate HR reports & dashboards: attrition, payroll costs, leave/attendance, etc.
• Handle HR operations queries from employees.
• Coordinate with finance / accounts for reconciliations.
• Support onboarding, exit formalities, and HR documentation.

Required Profile
• Experience: 3-5 years in HR Operations, preferably with hands-on exposure to payroll + HRIS systems.
• Skills:
• Strong proficiency in GreytHR (mandatory)
• Deep understanding of payroll management
• Solid knowledge of statutory compliance and labour law in India
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information
• Work Schedule: 5 days a week
• Availability: Immediate joiner only

• (CTC): ₹5,00,000 - ₹6,50,000 per annum
