Salary - Best in the industry + 3600 pf pm + 5L insurance benefit + Both ways cabs for candidates residing within 20kms of radius from Noida Dexian office. Candidates willing to relocate within 20kms radius are welcome to apply.

Role & responsibilities
Collaborating with the HR team and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Facilitating the completion of new hire documentation, benefits enrolment, and other necessary documentation verification & collection.
Ensuring completion of paperwork and following all legal and administrative compliance before onboarding candidates.
Assisting new hires with the completion of the necessary paperwork, including employee forms, benefits enrolment, and IT setup.
Proven work experience as an HR Onboarding Specialist or in relevant HR role.
Solid communication skills (verbal and written).
Team player & coachable.
An ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Preferred candidate profile
Mandatory bachelors degree or above
1-2 years of experience in onboarding and other HR functions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with new employees and establish a positive onboarding experience.
Attention to detail and organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.
Comfortable working in core night shift from onsite (Noida).
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
