HR Internship - Product Software Company (Mahadevapura, Bangalore)
About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our growing team in Mahadevapura, Bangalore. This internship is a great opportunity for a recent MBA graduate (ideally specializing in HR) to gain valuable hands-on experience in the dynamic world of HR within a product-based software company.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Support with employee relations tasks, such as performance management, leave management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Conduct research and prepare reports on HR trends and best practices.
Assist with maintaining HR databases and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications:

Recently completed MBA (preferably specializing in HR)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of HR software a plus
