About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our dynamic team at Jobzshala. This internship will give you hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates from job portals and social platforms
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate databases and records
• Help onboard new employees and interns
• Support HR operations including documentation and HRMS updates
• Assist in employee engagement activities and events
• Prepare reports and help with performance tracking

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR / Management / Psychology or related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR functions
• Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
