Responsibilities:
- Support & be involved in end to end recruitment process
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants.
- Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations.
- Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind.
- Ensure that new joiners are properly onboarded, which involves introducing them to company policies, culture, and procedures
- Handle employee grievances and concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Contribute to the development, updating and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with the companys goals and legal requirements.
- Foster a positive work environment and improve employee engagement through organizing events and initiatives to promote employee morale.
- Prepare HR reports on data, such as turnover rates, recruitment metrics, and employee satisfaction
- Managing HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR technology tools to streamline processes and enhance data management.
Requirements:
- Graduation/ Post Graduation
- Looking for Freshers with internship experience in Recruitment and HR
- Good people & organizational skills
- Polished personality
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Diligent & responsible
Internship Benefits: Interns will be paid stipend
Internship Period: 6 Months with full time conversion
Working Structure: 5 days a week, from Office (HSR Layout, Bangalore)
