Having worked with 500+ clients and touch based with over 20 lakhs lives to date we are looking for a dynamic and committed Sales & Growth Intern

Responsibilities:

• Support & be involved in end to end recruitment process
• Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants.
• Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations.
• Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind.
• Ensure that new joiners are properly onboarded, which involves introducing them to company policies, culture, and procedures
• Handle employee grievances and concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Contribute to the development, updating and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with the companys goals and legal requirements.
• Foster a positive work environment and improve employee engagement through organizing events and initiatives to promote employee morale.
• Prepare HR reports on data, such as turnover rates, recruitment metrics, and employee satisfaction
• Managing HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR technology tools to streamline processes and enhance data management.

Requirements:

• Graduation/ Post Graduation
• Looking for Freshers with internship experience in Recruitment and HR
• Good people & organizational skills
• Polished personality
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Diligent & responsible

Internship Benefits: Interns will be paid stipend

Internship Period: 6 Months with full time conversion

Working Structure: 5 days a week, from Office (HSR Layout, Bangalore)
