We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in the HR field and learning about HR processes, employee relations, recruitment, and other HR functions. The intern will provide administrative support to the HR department while gaining exposure to various HR activities and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Onboarding: Help with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documents, arranging orientations, and ensuring all required forms are completed.
- Employee Records: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR database.
- HR Administration: Provide administrative support to HR staff, including data entry, preparing HR reports, and assisting with filing and organizing HR documents.
- Employee Engagement: Help with organizing employee events, wellness programs, and internal communications.
- Training & Development: Assist with coordinating training sessions and workshops for employees.
- Compliance & Policies: Help ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and comply with current labor laws and regulations.
- Employee Queries: Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
